It would be helpful if you had some kind of information with the device regarding resetting. We had to do that twice during our trip. Once you figure out the reset button, it is no problem. The delay of return was our fault for not sending it back before the bank holiday weekend. Thanks again. We would definitely use your service again for a UK or European trip."
