My husband and I toured through England and Wales with your SatNav (GPS) and we cannot imagine how we would have survived without the device. 
It took 99% of stress out of the driving the tour (with the other 1% due to driving on the "wrong" side of the road).  When we needed gas (petrol), we simply requested the nearest station and were directed to it.  The customer service before the rental was unbelievably prompt and responsive, and the ease of returning the unit was very simple.
